Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the agreement between you and mrD-Indicators. By accessing the site, the web app, the TradingView studies, the in-chart scripting language, or any other surface we publish, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the platform.

Description of services

mrD-Indicators provides tools, data, and content for trading the cryptocurrency, futures, and related markets. Coverage includes proprietary indicators, signals, orderbook/heatmap/footprint analytics, the in-chart Delta DSL scripting language, alert routing, educational material, and community resources. All of it is delivered subject to these Terms and to the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

User obligations

• Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any service. By using the site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
• Account information. Provide accurate, current, complete information when you register, and keep it accurate over time. Inaccurate or stale information may result in account termination.
• Account security. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and your session. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access or any other security incident on your account.
• Monitoring. You acknowledge that mrD-Indicators may monitor account activity, trading patterns, and platform usage to enforce these Terms. You consent to this monitoring as a condition of using the services.

Prohibited commercial activities — zero tolerance

You are absolutely forbidden from:

• Reselling, redistributing, or monetising signals, indicators, scripts, or any other content you obtain from the platform.
• Using the services to operate a paid signal subscription, a paid trading-education product, or any other commercial advisory service.
• Building automated trading systems, bots, or third-party products that depend on our proprietary signals, indicators, or data feeds.
• Sharing account access or credentials with any third party for commercial purposes.
• Using our content to create competing products or services.
• Displaying our signals, indicators, or analytics on other platforms for commercial gain.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to replicate our proprietary algorithms, indicators, or scoring models.

Violations in this category are treated as serious. See Termination and ban policy below.

Other prohibited activities

You also agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties.
• Upload or transmit malicious code (viruses, worms, trojans, etc.).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, to other user accounts, or to any system or network connected to the platform.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) via, or about, the platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access or interact with the platform without explicit authorisation.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, access restrictions, plan-tier gates, rate limits, or fraud-detection systems.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, icons, design layouts, indicator definitions, signal models, charting outputs, and proprietary algorithms are owned by mrD-Indicators or its licensors. Your account does not transfer any of these rights to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action — see Intellectual property and content usage below.

User-generated content

You may submit content (comments, reviews, feedback, public scripts, etc.) to surfaces the platform exposes for that purpose ("User Content"). When you submit User Content you grant mrD-Indicators a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute it. You represent and warrant that you own — or have all required rights to — every element of any User Content you submit, and that the content does not infringe on third-party rights.

Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Review it to understand what we collect, how we use it, and how to exercise your data-protection rights.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or services that mrD-Indicators does not own or control. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the content, privacy practices, or behaviour of those services. You acknowledge that mrD-Indicators is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of your interaction with any third-party site or service linked from our platform.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. The Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mrD-Indicators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Use of, or inability to use, the website or services.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform.
• Any other matter relating to the website or services.

Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any change takes effect immediately on publication. Your continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

Termination and permanent-ban policy

We may suspend or terminate your access — immediately, without prior notice and without liability — for any breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the platform ends. Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination — ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability — will survive.

mrD-Indicators reserves the right to permanently ban users for serious violations, in particular:

• Commercial misuse. Any attempt to monetise, resell, or commercially exploit signals, indicators, scripts, or other proprietary content results in an immediate permanent ban.
• Intellectual-property violations. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or derivative works of our content result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.
• Account sharing. Sharing credentials, allowing unauthorised access for commercial purposes, or systematic credential-sharing across multiple devices results in a permanent ban.
• Competitive activities. Using our platform's data or content to build a competing product or service results in a permanent ban.
• Fraudulent behaviour. Any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation in connection with the services results in a permanent ban.

Bans are enforced through a combination of IP blocking, device fingerprinting, email-domain blocking, and behavioural detection. Attempts to circumvent a ban (new accounts, VPNs, alternate emails) will trigger additional enforcement, including legal action where appropriate.

Intellectual property and content usage — detailed

mrD-Indicators takes the protection of its intellectual property seriously. By using the services you also agree to the following:

• Proprietary rights. All signals, indicators, scoring models, and related content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. They are made available to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use under these Terms.
• No reproduction. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, screen-recording, or dissemination of our signals or indicators is strictly prohibited.
• No commercial use. You may not, without our prior written permission:
  • Incorporate our content into other products or services.
  • Resell or redistribute our signals or indicators.
  • Use our content to create derivative works.
  • Display our content on other platforms.
  • Sell, lease, or licence our signals to third parties.
  • Provide paid trading or advisory services on top of our content.
  • Build automated trading systems based on our signals without explicit authorisation.
  • Share account access or credentials with others for commercial purposes.
• Monitoring and enforcement. We actively monitor for unauthorised commercial use, signal redistribution, and account sharing. We may use automated detection systems, investigate suspicious behaviour, and apply technical countermeasures.
• Consequences of violation. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund, a permanent ban across all mrD-Indicators services, civil action (copyright infringement, breach of contract, damages, legal fees), criminal complaints where applicable, monetary damages reflecting the commercial value of the misused content, and public disclosure of the violation where it serves to protect other users.
• Zero tolerance. There are no warnings, second chances, or appeals for violations involving reselling/redistributing signals, commercial gain, account sharing for commercial purposes, or building competing services on our content.

We invest heavily in research, calibration, and operations to keep these tools sharp. Respecting these Terms is what lets us keep doing that.

Reporting violations

If you become aware of unauthorised commercial use of our signals, indicators, or other content, report it to [email protected] with:

• Evidence of the violation (screenshots, URLs, usernames, etc.).
• A description of the commercial activity.
• Any relevant contact information for the violator.
• Your own contact information so we can follow up.

mrD-Indicators may offer rewards or incentives for verified reports that lead to successful enforcement.

On receiving a report, we will investigate, take action to stop the unauthorised use, ban the offending account(s), pursue legal remedies where appropriate, and harden any controls that allowed the abuse. We cooperate with law-enforcement agencies investigating intellectual-property violations, fraud, or other criminal activity related to the platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mrD-Indicators operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services.

Dispute resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform, you and mrD-Indicators agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation before any formal action.

Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mrD-Indicators regarding your use of the platform.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time without notice to you.
• Force majeure. mrD-Indicators is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, embargoes, government orders, exchange outages, or any other force-majeure event.
