Client Trading Support Program
The two-tier client support program for Backcom rebate clients — Standard (100% rebate, no volume floor) and Premium (rebate + private XAUUSD scalp signals + advanced indicator pack, monthly volume required).
Once your Exness account is under the Backcom partner code, you're automatically in the Standard plan of our Client Trading Support Program — 100% daily rebate, no minimum volume, no extra step. If your monthly XAUUSD volume crosses the premium threshold, you can opt in to the Premium plan which adds private scalp signals and the full advanced indicator pack on top of the same rebate flow.

Program philosophy

The Standard plan is permanent for any client under the partner code. The Premium plan is opt-in and conditional on monthly volume — fall below the threshold and the account reverts to Standard for the next cycle.
Standard plan — 100% rebate
The default tier for every account registered under our official partner link.
Eligibility
- Open a trading account via the official referral link, OR
- Switch your existing account to the Backcom partner code, then open a new trading account.
- Connect to MT4 / MT5 / Exness terminal and trade as you normally would.

Premium plan — Advanced trading support
The Premium plan layers on top of the Standard plan: you keep the 100% rebate AND receive a private signal channel and access to the advanced indicator pack on TradingView. Premium is structured for serious traders who hit the monthly XAUUSD volume threshold and want structured guidance and tools beyond the rebate.
Eligibility
- Registered under the official partner referral link (Standard plan).
- Achieve the required minimum monthly trading volume — measured in XAUUSD lot equivalents per account type (the exact threshold is published per account type — message @mr_doc on Telegram for the current numbers).
- Volume is calculated on total round-trip lots per month (each open + close counts as one round-trip).
Premium signals are scalp-focused on XAUUSD because that's where our signal team has the highest edge and the broker has the deepest liquidity for tight execution. Volume measurement uses XAUUSD as the canonical instrument, but equivalent lot sizes on other instruments may count — confirm with the support team when you apply.

2. Access to advanced trading indicators on TradingView
The Premium tier unlocks the full Backcom-included indicator pack on TradingView. The current pack includes:

After Premium approval, your TradingView username is added to the invite-only access list for these scripts. They appear under your existing TradingView indicator library within 24 hours.
3. Direct trading support
- 1-on-1 setup guidance from the Backcom team.
- Help with account configuration, MT4 / MT5 connection, signal interpretation, and risk sizing.
- Priority answer queue in the support chat.
Who Premium is for
- Traders running consistent XAUUSD volume above the threshold who want a structured signal source layered on top of their own analysis.
- Traders looking for confluence between our TradingView indicators and a live scalp signal feed for execution discipline.
- Traders willing to commit to the XAUUSD focus — Premium isn't a fit if you trade purely altcoins or NAS100 indices, for example.

How to apply for Premium
- Confirm your Exness account is under the Backcom partner code (Standard tier active).
- Trade for at least one full calendar month and hit the published XAUUSD volume threshold.
- Message @mr_doc on Telegram with your Exness account number and the qualifying month's volume.
- We verify the volume against the IB dashboard and, if it qualifies, add you to the Premium Telegram channel and the TradingView indicator invite list within 24-48 hours.
FAQ
How is volume calculated for Premium?
Total round-trip lots per calendar month, per trading account. One open + one close = one round-trip. Volume across multiple trading accounts inside the same wallet is summed.
Do losing trades count toward Premium volume?
Yes. The threshold is on traded volume, not on P&L. A losing month with high volume can still hold Premium; a profitable month with low volume might revert to Standard.
If I drop below threshold for one month, do I lose the Premium permanently?
No. Premium pauses for the following calendar month. Get the volume back up and you're re-instated for the cycle after. The base Standard rebate continues regardless.
Can I trade non-XAUUSD instruments while on Premium?
Yes — Premium doesn't restrict what you trade. Volume measurement uses XAUUSD as the canonical instrument, but the rebate flow itself covers everything Exness lists.
Does Premium include access to the web app's paid features (USDⓈ-M / Spot signals)?
No. The Premium plan is a Backcom / Exness program — it covers the private scalp Telegram channel and the TradingView indicator pack listed above. The web app's USDⓈ-M and Spot Signals hubs are gated by your mrD-Indicators plan (Pricing), which is a separate subscription. Many traders carry both.
What if I want only the rebate and don't care about signals?
That's the Standard plan and it's the right answer for most traders. Premium is opt-in — there's zero penalty for staying on Standard forever.
