Whales Screener widget

Side-docked version of the Whales Screener — per-symbol scorecards driven by large-order activity. Live whale alerts, pinned per pane so you can scan the room without leaving the chart.

The Whales Screener widget docks the Whales Screener alongside the chart so you can monitor whale activity across the market without leaving the terminal. Each row is a symbol with a score driven by large-order activity, recent aggressive prints, and concentration relative to recent average. Click a row to load the symbol on the chart; the same widget keeps streaming while you trade.

Open

  • Widget Picker → Whales Screener card. Click to toggle on.
  • Docks to the right of the chart in a stack with other side-panel widgets.
  • Persistent data connection — open this only when you want it streaming.

Row anatomy

ColumnWhat it shows
SymbolPair + exchange chip. Click to load on the active pane.
ScoreComposite whale-activity score. Higher = more sustained big-money flow.
SideBias — buyer-dominated (green) vs seller-dominated (red).
LastLast price + 24h change %.
FlagLive event chip (SPIKE / ABSORB / WALL) that lights up when something fires.

Rows re-sort by score in real time so the most interesting names float to the top.

Score components

The score is a composite — not a single threshold. It blends:

  • Notional throughput at large-order sizes.
  • One-sided aggression ratio over the last lookback window.
  • Concentration vs the symbol's own 24h baseline — so a $5M print on a $10B-volume pair is weighted differently than the same print on a $200M pair.
  • Persistence — a transient spike scores lower than the same activity sustained over minutes.

For the full methodology, plan-tier matrix, and example interpretations, see Whales Screener panel.

Filters

The header has compact filters:

FilterDefaultWhat it does
ExchangeAll majorLimit to one or many exchanges.
QuoteUSDTFilter by quote asset.
Min volume 24h$50MDrop low-volume pairs that aren't actionable.
Min score0Only show rows above the threshold.
SideBothBuyer-only, seller-only, or both.

Filters persist per device.

Click a row

Click a symbol → the active chart pane loads it. The widget keeps streaming so when a new whale event hits, you see the chip light up on the same row you just traded from.

Right-click a row → context menu: open in new pane, pin to watchlist, copy symbol, jump to detail page.

Live alert chips

The flag cell lights up when a tracked event fires on that symbol:

  • SPIKE — large aggressive print at-or-above the whale threshold.
  • ABSORB — sustained one-sided print absorbed into a passive wall.
  • WALL — new large resting order appears at a key level.

Chips clear after a few seconds; the score reflects the cumulative effect.

Mobile

On mobile the widget opens as a fullscreen sheet. Compact row layout — score and last on the right, symbol on the left. Tap a row to load the symbol and dismiss the sheet.
