Plans, billing & invoices

Plan tiers (Free / Basic / Premium / Master / Ultimate), billing cycle, payment methods, upgrade / downgrade flow, invoice download. Everything money on the platform.

The Plans & Billing section on the Account page is where you upgrade, downgrade, manage payment method, and download past invoices. Plan tiers are domain data — see the canonical plan list for what's in each tier. This page covers the flow — how upgrading works, what billing cycles look like, what happens when a payment fails.

The plan ladder

The Plans dialog shows every tier side-by-side with the features each unlocks. The amber accent on the current plan card indicates your active tier. Click any other tier to start the upgrade / downgrade flow.

Yearly billing options (10-15% discount) are available on each paid tier via the toggle at the top of the Plans dialog.

Upgrade flow

  1. Click the target tier on the Plans dialog.
  2. Pick monthly or yearly.
  3. Pick payment method (card / crypto USDT / crypto BTC).
  4. Enter card or wallet address.
  5. Confirm.
  6. The new tier activates instantly; the old tier's pro-rated remainder is credited to your next invoice.

Downgrade flow

Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep the higher tier for what you've already paid for. The plan card shows "Downgrades to X on YYYY-MM-DD" until the change applies.

Billing cycle

  • Monthly: charged on the same date each month.
  • Yearly: charged once per year on the anniversary.
  • Auto-renewal is on by default. Toggle off from the billing card → "Disable auto-renewal".
  • A renewal-reminder email goes out 3 days before each renewal.

Payment failure

If a charge fails:

  1. The system retries automatically over the next 3 days.
  2. You get a "payment failed, retrying" email after each attempt.
  3. After 3 failures, the plan downgrades to Free with a 7-day grace where you can update the payment method and resume.
  4. After the grace, your premium settings persist but you lose access to premium indicators / scanners until you re-subscribe.

Invoice download

Every successful charge produces a PDF invoice. List shows:

  • Invoice number.
  • Date.
  • Plan + cycle.
  • Amount.
  • Payment method.
  • Download (PDF).

Promo codes

Enter a promo code in the Plans dialog → "Have a code?" panel. Discount applies to the first cycle of the new plan. Codes never stack.

Common pitfalls

  • Card declined — common when the issuing bank flags international SaaS charges. Notify the bank or switch to crypto.
  • Crypto pending forever — sometimes a payment is short by a few cents due to fees. Top up to clear the threshold.
  • Lost invoice — invoices stay on the page forever; re-download anytime.
